Eat Right, Live Healthy
It is common knowledge that food is a staple in our daily life. We need energy to last the whole day through. The body needs nourishment and this is what every food provides. People need to eat three full meals a day and two snacks in between, ideally. But most people can not control themselves from eating more than they should. The body can only take in as much everyday. After the food has been chewed down, the stomach grinds it and the nutrients that will be taken from it and the fats that will be burned will be distributed as an energy source throughout our body.

If there is too much to digest, the metabolism rate of the stomach slows down and in the process more fat is stored in the body. Your waist and hips are usually what grows big right after. And this condition brings about imminent problems to your well-being.
Over and under nourishment are both not good for your body. Measure your waist and hips. Then divide your waist by your hip size. If the result tops 0.8, excess visceral belly fat could be putting your heart at risk.
To live a healthy life, eat healthy.
