Camping would not be complete without an outdoors tent. It is a camping necessity that services the most important issue of human comfort outdoors – sleeping.
Sleeping outdoors and relying only on an outdoor tent pose a lot of safety issues. It should be safe from harsh weather, wild animals, and fire just to name a few. Prevention is better than cure in the case of harsh weather. One way of preparing for any harsh weather such as heavy rains, always check the seams of the tent and make sure that it is free from any holes or loose seams. And when buying outdoor tents, always consider the material used for it and see if it is water-proof. Next, to avoid fire in an outdoor tent, avoid using gasoline-based lamps to illuminate a tent. Flash lights and other battery-operated lamps should be used instead. And lastly, to keep your tent safe from wild animals, select the dark colored ones so that they will have a camouflage affect on the immediate surrounding which is the camping site. But most importantly, in order to not attract wild animals towards a tent, always turn off the light source inside it when going to sleep already.
After the basic issues of safety have been addressed, comfort is another aspect that should also be considered. The key to having a comfortable outdoor tent is pitching it in a uniform flat surface. Lastly, inflate an air bed inside it which will provide a better cushion for sleeping compared to a usual comforter.

At home and in school, your parents and teachers have taught you to wash your hands before and after eating. Often times, you are being asked to clean up, too, after playing outdoors especially when you’ve rolled around the sand or on the mud. They explained to you that unseen germs may have been on the dirt you picked up while playing. And washing up is one way to get those germs off of you.

Chances are, when you don’t wash your hands before you eat, you can ingest whatever germ or bacteria you’ve had from touching a lot of things around you. Disinfecting is one way of having your health at best interest.
Doctors and other medical practitioners alike are all together in saying that washing up is your best aide in having a healthier body and a stronger resistance towards said germs. It would be better, too, to get a soap that has germ-fighting action to ensure more effect.
Know better. Kill germs. Researchers suspect that the common airborne bacteria called Chlamydia pneumonia, which causes bronchitis and pneumonia, may also play a yet-to-be-explained role in plaque buildup.
You wouldn’t want to get to this part. The best defense: wash your hands often.

One can only wish for stress to go away. But no one person can run away and hide from it because there are already a lot of stressors just around you!
Your boss wants a report and it should be given in an hour and you haven’t even started it. A mother of two juggles house chores and tending to the older child’s assignment and the younger one’s feeding. A high school student reviewing for a major exam. You, thinking of what to have for lunch later. Even small things can bring you a lot of pressure and can get you in the brink of breaking down from stress if it is not managed properly.
Relax, already! Stress stiffens the blood vessels, restricting blood flow and putting you at higher risk of heart disease. To feel less crazed, try meditation, which research show can relax the lining of blood vessels.
By relaxing in any form, you are helping yourself stabilize your breathing. When you are relaxed, you feel your tense muscle unclench. This lessens your blood pressure from shooting up. Stabilized breathing can supply more oxygen to your brain making you more relaxed and making you able to think more properly.
Stress no more. Meditate your way through it.

The celebration of Valentine’s Day comes once every year. But the celebration of love should not be confined in just one day, too. Love should be celebrated the whole year-round.
There are different forms of love. From familial love to your parents and siblings to a more romantic, passionate kind of love to your beau or to higher level of nationalistic love for your country, they are one and the same. This love makes you give out your best for them and to them. But they are not the only ones who are benefiting from the said love. You, for one, are reaping benefits from your love, too!

Others would often say: when you’re in love, you’re being unhealthy- you eat and sleep less just thinking of that one person you’re in love it. On the contrary, a study shows that love itself can be a way to make your body healthier. Just thinking about someone you love decreases toxic levels of stress hormones and improves your heart health.
Not only does love can move mountains and can make someone in love swim the deepest sea, but love can make you healthier as healthier you can be. There may be diet plans and exercise. But the greatest of all is… love.
